Considering what the hotel charged, 276 euros for 3 nights without breakfast,I have no doubt I would have been far better paying an extra 20 or 25 euros per night extra and getting a decent hotel who may even have included breakfast. At best this hotel can only be described as Budget and at worst Homeless hostel ! ! The furniture in the bedroom should have been thrown into a skip 10 years ago. The shower and tiling had not been grouted for at least 5 years and the wiring above the sink for lighting was exposed ! !
300 words is not enough to compile what I did not like about this dump.A Substantial investment is required to bring this place up to the standard of a hostel ! !

I had a beautiful view from my room. And the location is excellent: 2 steps from the nicest Place des Ternes and very close to Arc de Triomphe.
All the rest was horrible: bad smell, dirty linen, etc.

The location is excellent, and the price is fair. The staff is generally helpful and courteous.
They have bedbugs as I came away from the hotel with plenty of bites -- so did my husband. The bed was lumpy, the bedcover felt dirty and I really think that they have to change the carpet.

The location of the hotel is great.
The bed mattress was terrible. I thing that for the money you pay per night, the basic facility should better. Also, we had you request clean towels, the room was not cleaned.
